Holiday B & B in Suffolk.

The room to let (short stay only)  is near Lowestoft in Suffolk, short distance from Norwich, and many other towns in East Anglia.

Sorry the max time allowed for stay is 7 days only.

Please book your required date's early, but do call us incase we have spare room available.

Terms & Conditions

Booking must be made and paid 2 weeks before holiday. (Unless aranged by telephone call to us.

Payment must be made before your visit, or at reception.

If date you require has been taken you will be contacted to either have refund or another date made.

In the event of you having to cancel your break we can only refund 75% of your payment.

Any breakages within or around the property area must be paid for during your stay.

Your own items you bring must be taken care of by yourself, we except no responsibility for any item you lose or break of your own.

We have a NO smoking policy within the building, we do however have an area under cover outside for smokers to use.

We serve breakfast from 8 am till 9am and evening meals if required from 5pm till 7pm if you are not in at those times we would do a 50%  refund if booked and paid in advance.

Please tell us your choice of dates or date in the Notice to us area on the shop order form.

Please note?

If we for any reason are unable to cater for your booking eg illness, damage, to property etc we will give full refunds.

If you cancel later than 3 weeks to your choosen week we give 70% refund only due to charges we pay for payments. and loss of that week you reserved. At no time can we give 100% refunds due to our ordering system is not owned by us.

 

All costs shown are 1 person prices, if you are booking for 2 you must put a 2 in area where price is shown.

A small charge is made if paying by Cards or Paypal of just £3 to cover our costs.
